LOURÁIN was being originated from four very different Malaysian Chinese backgrounds, we believe in the transformational power of fashion and size inclusivity, hence LOURÁIN seeks to leave no woman behind.
We combine traditional art with unique traditional skills of local aborigines in Malaysia, showing the slow fashion of traditional craftsmanship and natural color.
ABOUT DOROZOME
LOURÁIN combines the Japanese traditional craftsmanship of - Dorozome 泥染め, a mud-dying technique from Japan’s Amami island by showing the slow fashion of traditional craftsmanship. This inspiration was mainly inspired by Japan's ancient craftsmanship history and the feeling of hard work from the founder’s ancestors.
As Chinese people believe that "The Heavens reward diligent people" and "the result is everything". Holding on to this idea, most of the traditional Chinese people would rather work for longer hours than showing they work smart or efficiently.
